NOTE: Our shopping cart will calculate the shipping and handling costs at the final step of the check-out process before your submit your order for orders within the continental (48-state) United States. You must contact us via email or phone for extra costs for shipping costs other than standard ground shipping. International customers must also contact us for exact shipping costs as these prices can't be calculated by our shopping cart because of the various sizes of our items we offer and the volatility of standard costs for sending packages Internationally. Ordering by Mail  When ordering by e-mail or mail, please furnish address, phone number, payment option, and all other pertinent information. It is suggested that you submit your order via our shopping cart and choose Check/Money Order to pay so we can process your order quicker and let you know if there is any items out of stock. We can't guarantee availability of items if orders are mailed in without our knowledge. Ordering by Fax  When using your credit card, print out the secure order form, and fax to: (570)-385-5763. Please notify us by e-mail or phone before sending fax. International Orders With certain restrictions, International orders will be shipped by Express Mail Service at the lowest available rate. All foreign duties are to be paid by the customer. Make checks/money orders payable in U.S. dollars to Somewhere In Time. Layaway - Retail Store Customers Layaway is available for our local customers. Our policy is 20% down, 90 day limit, cancellation of layaway 7 days or more after original date of sale will result in loss of deposit. We will e-mail you when we receive checks and keep you informed of your remaining bill, or we will bill your credit card if you prefer. Shipping Policies Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs shown are for the Continental US only. All other locations should contact us for current shipping costs especially International customers when ordering. Most orders are shipped either by USPS or UPS ground standard shipping. Orders shipped by UPS will require a street address, rather than a P.O. Box. Next Day Air and Two Day Mail is available at an additional cost. In-stock items are usually shipped within one to seven business days after your payment have been processed. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items We have a separate section detailing our Returns / Refunds and Damaged Items policy. Back Orders This refers to items not available at time of shipment. All out of stock merchandise will be shipped immediately after arrival from the manufacturer. Back ordered items will not be billed to your credit card until after they have been shipped. We will call or e-mail you if an item you have purchased is on back order or if the item you ordered will take longer than 14 working days until you receive it.
